This state-of-the-art 150-bed behavioral health hospital is operated jointly by two well-established healthcare organizations and serves both adult and geriatric inpatient populations. The facility offers a dynamic, supportive work environment with access to a multidisciplinary team, cutting-edge resources, and the staff and technologies needed to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Opportunity:
Board Certified – Psychiatry

Job Details:

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting
• Assist in patient management within adult and geriatric inpatient units
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry required; all subspecialties encouraged to apply
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school required
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one required
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Flexible schedule available
