Teachers benefit from strong professional support, modern teaching facilities, and the chance to be part of a mission-driven institution shaping the next generation of globally minded learners.Job ResponsibilitiesTeach English to secondary school students utilizing the MYP curriculum to deliver engaging and effective lessonsPlan and prepare lessons, assessments, and learning materials in line with curriculum requirementsMark and evaluate student work, and write clear and accurate report commentsWork collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and ongoing improvementAssess and monitor student progress, setting clear goals to support achievement and growthProvide constructive feedback to students and maintain clear communication with parents and caregiversCreate a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that promotes student developmentRequirementsBachelor’s degree in English, Applied Linguistics, Education, or related fieldTwo or more years of teaching experience, preferably with secondary/middle school learnersIB MYP/DP experience preferred; training or certification in IB programmes an advantageSalary and benefitsMonthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsRelocation allowance of 2,000 RMBAnnual flight allowance of up to 10,000 RMBWork Visa providedSummer and winter holidaysNational holidaysMedical insuranceLunch and shuttle bus provided by the schoolLaptop provided by the school
